Moon | Impact on the Earth life if Moon will disappear |

Our Earth is estimated to be 4.54 billion years old, the Earth has not been alone while it revolve the sun. Our giant lunar companion is larger and more massive than any other moon when compared to the planet it orbits.

Can we destroy the MOON?

It's not you first who is thinking about this. America had tried to detonating the surface of Moon in 1958 by using an Atom bomb. Project A119, This project also known as A Study of Lunar Research Flights. This was a top-secret plan developed in 1958 by the United State Air Force. The aim of the project was to detonate a nuclear bomb on the Moon, which would help in answering some of the mysteries in planetary astronomy and astrogeology. If the explosive device detonated on the surface not in a lunar crater, the flash of explosive light would have been visible to people on Earth with their naked eyes.

But yes! Moon is not to much small those we can destroy using a single Atom bomb. Let's talk practically, the Moon diameter is equal to 3474.2 km. So if we think to destroy The moon then we need around 600 to 700 billion Tsar Bomba (Tsar Bomba is the most powerful Atom Bomb made by Russia). If we detonate around 10000 or 100000 Tsar Bomba on the Moon surface then also it won't be show any big effect in the Moon. If there is any cracks appeared on the Moon surface or it divides into the numbers of moon then also it's own gravity hold its part itself. Hypothetically saying we can disappear Moon but it is just a step front from impossible.

If it will disappear itself?

If the presence of Lava existence in the core of the Moon then it can be destroy itself. Because Lava always try to getting out. There is no lava present in the core of Moon so it can not be destroyed itself.

Can a big Asteroid make it possible?

Only very big and nearest Asteroid from moon can able to destroy the Moon. There are only three Asteroid present in our solar system in this size category:

1. Ceres (Diameter-940kms)
2. Vesta (Diameter-500kms) 
3. Pallas (Diameter-500kms)

 but these all Asteroid present in the orbit of Neptune so there is no chances to colliding with the Moon. So it is mean that our moon is safe. It can not be destroy or disappear. 

Let as suppose hypothetically we have made very powerful & dangerous Nuclear weapons, which can able to destroy whole Moon. And we have detonated it in the surface of the Moon. Result of these Moon divided into many numbers of parts. this all destroyed part pulled through the strongest Gravitational Field around it. Earth has strongest gravitational influence in Moon so these all destroyed part raining on the earth we can call it loner shower. These loner shower is very dangerous for the earth living beings. Because burning stones with high very high speed raining on the earth from the space.

And result from it--

Half of the living beings or more will be die in a moments and if you think the remains are fortunate then you might wrong. The remining beings will end their life very soon. They will die due to Burning. The small stone of moon which not reached the surface of the earth ended in the atmosphere of the earth therefore, Temperature of earth atmosphere increases which is not suitable for the living beings. 

Aquatic species (Species lives in water) breath because of the tides generated by the moon in ocean. just because of the moon gravity big tides arises into the ocean and in this time the surface air and water mixed with the deeper water of ocean & by this mixing occurs exchange of Oxygen. (Just like water and air exchange oxygen). Means, Ocean life also can not survive without moon.

can we remain safe

let's think hypothetically, loner particles or dust will not come to the earth it will rotate around our earth. just like ring of Saturn. Chance of happening these is very low. but let's consider, if it will happen then

Our one day in the Earth is equal to 24 hrs this happens only because of Moon. Earth rotation speed reduced 3 to 4 times due to Moon gravitational pulls. If Moon converted into a ring then the speed of earth will increase  3 to 4 times so that our one day in the Earth will be around 6 to 7 Hrs.

Air will blow around 480Kmph in and last most dangerous hurricanes speed was 178Kmph in the Earth till this date.

Some more Effect we can seen:

• Ocean wave will effect due to oxygen exchange will stop and the end of the Ocean species.
• Earth Gravitational field might be changes.
• Rotational axis is not purely vertical. It is tilted around 2.35 degree and moon is maintaining this tilting position because of this tilt position we can feel the changes in session. If moon will disappear then the axial tilt of the earth will be change and we can not predict the session. Session can change abruptly. And there is one more problem when earth will be nearest to the sun its axil tilt will increase and Earth north pole exposed for more times duration to the sun and due to this the melting of north pole will start and earth will covered fully by water. This will be the totally end of life in the Earth.

So just pray that our moon will be safe.
